Born and raised in the Bay Area, Easa is a first-generation Filipina American and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience in community-based mental health. She earned her B.A. in Spanish from UC Davis and her M.S.W. from Smith College School for Social Work.
Her work has always centered on healing within underrepresented and high-performing communities. With deep roots in social justice, cultural humility, and embodied healing, she helps BIPOC professionals and athletes move from burnout to balance through mindful, evidence-based therapy.
An endurance athlete, cyclist, and yoga enthusiast, Easa understands the mental and physical demands of performance. Her practice integrates those lived experiences with her clinical expertise — helping clients build resilience, regulate stress, and reconnect with their strength, both on and off the field.
